Autism Speaks Light it up Blue global event on 4/2/10 was so wonderful for me. The support brought tears to my eyes. Friends sent me pictures of the Empire State building light up. Everyone was dressed in blue. There was wonderful coverage on the news, Bob and Suzanne Wright with Dr. Cece McCarton raising awareness.

Dr. Cece diagnosed Cole very early, thank goodness and she has been an incredible support to me personally since then.

Bob and Suzanne Wright have had a huge impact on raising awareness and raising funds for research since their grandson was diagnosed with this mysterious disease. I had the honor of meeting them and getting to thank them personally. Families touched by autism are very lucky for their passionate support.

So many major buildings all over the world where lit in blue light showing support and awareness, including the Empire State Building, Radio City, Rockafeller Center, JFK control tower, Niagra Falls, Fenway Park, Wriggley Building ...and so many many more... not the least to mention Ralph Lauren Rhinelander Mansion on Madison Avenue. Thank-you Ralph who has been an incredible support.

What a wonderful day.
